Go Hike focuses on all aspects of hiking, not only in parks. There will be discussions on equipment selection, food, survival, and lots of hiking!
This event will offer a mini-workshop type setting with lecture and in-the-field trail instruction. It will also feature backpacking experiences, equipment considerations, geocaching in West Virginia State Parks, survival, Leave No Trace Ethics, and much more. Overnight packages available.
The Package Price of $120 includes:two nights lodging, weekend instruction, Saturday afternoon refreshment, Saturday evening buffet dinner, and hiking/survival/firstaid literature.
