unpackage your food items, such as ramen, and repackage them together with like kind in freezer bags...cuts down on trash and you can re-use the freezer bags.

also keep an extra freezerbag as a dedicated trash bag.

 GOOD ADVICE Bearboy.,,,,,, We all make wishes in our life time and I wish that anyone outdoors, backcountry, hiking, backpacking,etc,..... would follow your advice on trash, and your idea's on reusing bags is exactly what we all need to do. Thanks.
