 I was looking at the Savage Gulf area in Tennessee, just North east of Chattanooga ,TN and was wondering if anyone has been there? I am looking for some information on this area.

It has a nice 10? mile backpacking loop. also check out fall creek falls just up the road.

I have not been to Savage Gulf but have you been to The Stone Door on Monteagle Mt.? It is a great little trail it is about a 7 1/2 mile backpacking loop. I try to go there once every few months with a couple of my buddies.
