Mark your calender to attend this. Everything you ever wanted to know about hiking be it long distance, section, or day hiking...all will be covered. Meet some of the living legends of the hiking world. Venders will be showing the newest gear. Take in some of the slide shows showing trails from all over the US and beyond.
Special seminars on nutrition, what to pack, ect ect. Camping is available at the nearby Pipestem State Park and at the Appalachian South Folklife Center across the street.
This will be my 4th Gathering. All have been fun and educational and you couldn't be among a better bunch of people.
