 I have started to down weight you might call it and started using some alcahol stoves I made and they work very well. I have been searching for some inovations for a wind screen material and designs on the web but there are very few availiable. If you could share in your version I would greatly appreciate it.

there's a guy by the name of stovestomper that has a website that covers the windscreen question www.datasync.com/~wksmith/welcome.htmlin the past, i've used aluminum foil as a wind screen...but now that i use the coffee can alcohol stove system it serves as it's own wind screen. |
