Welcome to the site WVCOALEATER. My hardest hikes were Franconia Ridge and doing the Kinsmans. Both were 2 day hikes and in the White Mtns of NH. And in both cases, they were the coolest places I've ever hiked.

Thanks for the welcome.
I am getting into hiking just recently. I used to hike alot back where I grew up, but now I want to hike new places, with other people.

You should join us for our trip to Nelson Rocks near Seneca Rocks and Dolly Sods. We'll be doing day hikes plus the Bridge of Death.

welcome coaleater. my hardest hike was the Art Loeb trail in North Carolina. it shouldn't be all that tough of a hike except we were trying to finish it in a day and a half with way too heavy packs. it crosses over the blue ridge parkway and has some great views along the way.
