ramen noodle (no seasoning package), olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper .... can be eaten over pita bread for a filling meal

also try mixing in instant potatoes in with your left over water from the ramen....just make sure you dont have to move afterward

you can also add packaged tuna or chicken or shrimp.

I didn't learn this from camping but it works. I learned it in college when I was too poor for food. I would cook the ramen noodle then drain. Add some spaghetti sauce. It makes a great single serving of pasta. THen the next day I would cook up some rice and when I drain I leave a little water. I add the ramen broth and that turned out great. Also you won't use all your sauce so you can use it in later meals.
