Honey Nut Bars 2/3 cup of Honey 1/4 cup Whole-Wheat Flour 2 eggs (seperated) 1/4 Tsp Coriander 4 Tbsp Nonfat Dry Milk 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1 Cup Almonds or Walnuts, Chopped 3/4 Cup Sesame Seeds, Unhulled Beat egg yolks and honey together. Combine well the dry ingredients except nuts and seeds. Add to honey mixture Add the nuts and seeds and mix well. Beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks, and fold into dough. Spread batter in oiled 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 350 f in preheated oven. Cool and cut to you satisfaction. Chewy Bars, you can use you imagination and add fruit if you like.
