Now that I have a food dehydrater, I have created many quick, light weight on the go meals.
It's easy and not expensive.

I bought a Nesco , American Harvest from Walmart for $39.00 bucks . This dehydrater works very well.

Better than the $100.00 dollar ones.

I bought this and the first test was my sat night beef stew that I dehydrated. That hunk of shoe leather looking stuff came right back. Very tasty.
